Kai Han has held a strong interest and passion for Daoism and its arts from a young age. He practices Qigong, martial arts, Taiji, and meditation, etc. As for the Guqin, he initially taught himself to play some melodies; however, he consistently sensed that something was amiss and found it challenging to make progress. It wasn't until Kai Han encountered Master Wu Yin that he became deeply impressed by her Daoist Guqin philosophy and techniques. Determined to learn from Master Wu Yin, he eventually became her student first and then accepted as a disciple.
韩凯从小就对道家文化怀有浓厚的兴趣和热情。他涉猎气功、武术、太极和打坐等领域。在古琴方面，起初他自学了一些指法和曲目，但始终感觉不得正法，进展不顺。直至与无音老师相遇，韩凯为她高超的道家古琴技艺和修养所折服，坚定了向无音老师学习的决心。最初，他成为了无音老师的学生，在经过持续的练习和考验后，终于成为无音老师的弟子。

“静观”是韩凯在清静门道家古琴中的名称。在中国传统中，正式成为某流派弟子时，师父都会根据门派字辈及弟子特点给予弟子一个派内名称。“静观”中的“静”字义为寂静，宁静，沉静，取自清静门字辈首句“静之徐清”。“观”字义为观看，观察，内观，为无音师父择字予之。二字结合，既阐明了静观在清静门中的字辈，又表现出其沉静，内观之特点。

Jing Guan (静观) is the name given to Kai Han within the Qingjing Daoist Guqin. In Chinese tradition, when formally becoming a disciple of a certain lineage, the master will give the disciple an internal name based on the sect's generation character and the disciple's characteristics. The character "静" (Jing) in "静观" (Jing Guan) signifies stillness, tranquility, serenity, and calmness, taken from the opening phrase of the Qingjing Daoist Guqin's generation character, "静之徐清" ("Stillness becomes pure tranquility"). The character "观" (Guan) denotes observation, introspection, and contemplation, chosen for the disciple by Master Wu Yin. The combination of these two characters not only indicates Kai Han's generational status within the Qingjing Daoist Guqin but also embodies his qualities of serenity and contemplation.
